Get access to my brain for a day! We'll use Voxer (a free walkie-talkie app on your phone) to chat and get you unstuck and moving forward towards a happier, more fulfilling life.

What is Coach In My Pocket?

It’s you + me for an entire day!

You’ll have a full day (6 hours) to chat with me, ask anything and get personalised, focused 1:1 coaching, using a mixture of voice and text messages. You can use your phone, or the web app - whatever works best for you!

It's your time to identify areas where you aren't feeling happy or fulfilled and move through the blocks to start building true and lasting happiness and contentment. 

I will guide you with writing prompts, coaching tools and suggestions to help you make real progress toward your goals. Basically, it's the best day ever.

Before we had our day together I was skeptical as to whether this type of coaching would work for me or provide any lasting affect on my lifestyle as I was struggling to motivate myself and make time for me amidst my hectic life. However, I can, in all honesty, say that you’ve provided me with tools I can literally use for the rest of my life! It was great having the 1:1 support and the ability to text worked so well for me!


Even only a few days after our session, I’ve seen huge changes in my outlook and positivity within all aspects of my life. How does it work?


Book Your Day

The beauty of Coach In My Pocket is that it works around you! You don't need a completely free day.

You just need to make sure you have enough time between your day’s activities to ask questions, listen and reply to messages - as well as the mental space to think about and reflect on the deep questions that I’m likely to ask here and there.


Connect on Voxer

If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one - it’s free.

We’ll add each other on Voxer and send a quick message to make sure everything is working. This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.


Start Your Day

Our day will start at 10am and run until 4pm.


Don’t worry - this isn’t an 6-hour long chat, and you’re not expected or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies.

We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady yet relaxed pace. We could finish everything in a condensed amount of time or spread it out over the 6 hours.


Reflect & Process

The best thing about a Coach In My Pocket is that we have space in between messages to reflect much more deeply, evaluate what is really going on for you and even declutter your brain of the outdated thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you from becoming your best, most successful, happy self.

Before my day of Coach In My Pocket, I was struggling with finding my purpose, feeling confident and accepting my weight. A key thing for me was just being reminded that I’m not alone in my struggles; a lot of what is going through my head is natural. Talking about misconceptions was extremely helpful - why do people put up with things they don’t enjoy? You shouldn’t have to. We shouldn’t be doing what we do just to please other people, it should spark joy in ourselves. I now have more clarity in my mind about how I should move forward, with some exercises to get me started. I understand that these things won’t be resolved overnight and I need to spend some time exploring my thoughts and putting myself first


The coach for a day service is brilliant for anyone who finds the idea of face to face session daunting or anxiety inducing. It’s a great opportunity to have a back and forth continuous conversation with someone who is outside of your friend or family unit, and can challenge you in all the right ways to help find a way through current difficulties you are facing. As it is spread across a day and fits around everything else you are doing, you can make notes and put some really good thought to your answers without the pressure of getting it in to a strict time frame. Zoe was refreshing, reassuring and supportive. I’ve taken lots of tips and activities away from the day to help me work through my struggles in a much more healthy and constructive way.

How available do I need to be during the day?

During our day together, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace. You’ll want to make sure you have enough time to listen and reply to messages, and to think about how you really want to feel in your body and life and process the deep questions that I’m likely to ask here and there. The good news is that you can still get stuff done at work or around the house.

Do I have to send voice notes?

Absolutely not! It is important that you are comfortable and if you prefer to text, that's ok. However, it is amazing how much you can learn from yourself and uncover by what you say when you are talking.
